Verbenero

Verbenero is a personal project rooted in research into women's rights and sexuality during Francoist Spain. The project explores the perception of female pleasure, from the restrictions and social attitudes surrounding women's self-pleasure during the dictatorship to its representation today. The research was stimulated into a visual and conceptual identity inspired by the aesthetics of late Francoist Spain, culminating in the design of a sex toy collection that reinterprets this historical context through a contemporary lens.
